Did a search and find mostly topics about TEIN Flexs w/ EDFC. Does anybody with HE's using EDFC? I thought they're not compatible, but I called TEIN and they said they are. I tried calling them again and their office closed(6pm).

edfc is just a step motor with an alan hex sticking out of it. the only thing that makes them "compatible" or not is hood clearance. since its just a motor you stick on top of your shock towers. waste of money.

There are some models that are not compatible with EDFC, like the TEIN HA's. Tein makes SS-p and flex that works with edfc, howcome the HA's doesnt? I guess it not only the hood clearance....

it has to do with the design of the upper mounts, if it is compatible or not, from what i understand.

I've noticed that the EDFC has two different part numbers. If i remember correctly there are two different sizes for the stepping motors, it may be something you could customize to make it work... saving up for the flex as we speak so i haven't actually seen up close.
