Tein HE + wheel offsets

I have a 96 SE with Tein HE's and 26mm 300zx front brakes. I'm in the market for a set of Volk gram lights or other Volks in 18x9 front and 18x10 rear. Would +24mm front and +22mm rear clear everything and be flush with the fenders? How would I go about measuring and calculating a proper offset?
