i need help.1.my tires rub the front pair(except when raised all the way)2.i think im missing oem rubber seat.(sounds like they are hopping)3.they are really noisy

Please help! I'm dumb.:help

my friend has Tiens on his 99 Prelude. It makes the same sounds as you described. I think tiens are naturally noisey.
