I am looking to lower my 2006 M35 and debating which springs would give me the more comfortable ride. Looking for some input should I go with Tein H or S or Eibach springs.

I was told the H&R give the best ride of all the lowering springs but I can't find for my car. any ideas.

All thoughts welcome, thanks in advance.

If you want to drive just as you do now go with H tech. If you want to be cautious when entering driveways or going over some speed bumps dont get s tech or eibach, unless you have 22"s. There is also tanabe springs and espiler that will fit.

S Tech's are also the stiffest spring you can get for these cars, so definitely not up there in the comfortable ride department.
Eibach is one of the best combos because it gives a good drop and a nice ride, while also being stiff when needed. These springs are progressively wound so they get stiffer the more the spring is compressed.

I just installed H techs and I love em. They lowered my m45 nicely, gave me a tad better feel on the road and responsiveness. Best part was it was really a comfortable ride and I dont have to worry too much on the road since I'm not that low. I am very happy that I went with H techs vs S version. Good luck

I had H-Techs put on after I bought the car (back in 2010) - the ride was good and eliminated the wheel gap...my kids were younger back then, so I had to be sure not to drop the car that much. Afterwards, I swapped them out for Eibachs....the eibachs handle much better and look really good. I have other cars to drive the family around so I don't worry about the drop any more...

When I had my E350, I ran H&R springs...very good, but compared to the Eibachs, the H&R were a tad softer, but nothing bad.

Hey J, I wish they made aftermarket Tokicos for our M's...something that is available for the G35's (Tokico blues) or even Bielsteins....I'd pick up a set in a heartbeat!!! I'm running KYB's....
