thanks for the reply, I have the HAs and was wondering if the edfc works with those because the ss has internal supporting hardware and is the replacement coilovers. Therefor I may buy at some point the edfc. you have them for sale or have delt with this before?

Hey Car6on14, your saying the edfc isn't legal correct? definately something to concider. Either way I'm not sure if its applicable to the coilovers I have. Thanks for your help and I will continue searching for the answer.

I dunno about this. I've ridden in a few cars at auto-x that had EDFC. They were all dedicated track cars too. Think about it, if you can't use it at the track, whats the point?

Krash the cars had them installed so it was legal, they where also track cars? Why is this a questionable item? Do you know what coils they were running? Thanks

yea. there was one on a subaru wrx STi. He told me he mostly tracks the car, but his friend wanted him to come to this autocross. EDFC is almost pointless for street use. The main purpose is to switch to different settings for different tracks on the fly. Sure it will get SOME use on the street, but again, if you can't use it on the track, its pointless. If you're still iffy, contact your local track and see. But I'm positive its legal.

Thanks Krash, helpful to know. If it's not applicable it defeats the purpose to buy. I really need to know if it works with the Tein HAs. That's my main concern. If it doesn't, all thought stops there.
