Hi everyone, I have Tein HA's on my car and it was bouncing all over the road so I thought I would set the shock a bit stiffer to see if that would reduce the bounce that my car had. So according to the manual it says to turn the knob fully clockwise and then turn the knob back 12 clicks. So I go and turn it clockwise like 16 clicks, when I go to turn it back 1 ONE click the little knob falls out. So what am I supposed to do now?I don't even know what setting I am on now

Oh ok.... pictures. I have Flex and fully clockwise is the hardest setting. Bouncing meaning after you hit a bump, you'll continue to bouncing a few more times right? Well if that's the case, your knob falling out may have something to do with that.

I can't get any pictures because I lost my digicam. But I did screw the adjustment screw back in because I had to go to school but now i dont even know what level the shock is on. I turned it full clockwise but the knob does not stop, it just keeps turning.Does your knob stop when you reach full hard?

No, past 16 clicks IIRC is something TEIN uses for rebuilding the shock.

so should I unscrew the adjustment knob again and turn it clockwise until 16?Because then it should be at full stiff right? And adjust it from there, maybe

Because thats what I was thinking of doing since I have really no other options or ideas of what to do
