And punch her out to 2.2

Sorry to see she's down bud, and I must have missed the post on what happened.... so.... what happened (more specific what were you doing when it happened)?

to make a long story short we were on the highway doing some pulls for a short vid we were trying to compile of my car and i downshifted into 2nd doing 65mphish (bout 5.5-6k) and went out to 8, shifted to 3rd and 1/2 way thru third lost power, felt like a blown ic hose so we limped it to a gas station.after examining the puddle of oil under the car we concluded that it wasnt a ic hose.basicaly we speculate that the damage was caused by me being stupid when i first got the car swapped and running, so it was mearly a matter of time before it went boom.not sure what im gonna do interms of rebuilding it yet, at this point its about how much money i can afford to spend being in school full time.......

sucks....mine some what looked like that....not as bad as yours but was pretty close. Gives you an excuse to build the motor.

awww, where's the awesome pic of you sitting in your engine bay?

I wish i got a better pic of the melted hole, it looks pretty sweet close up. Too bad my digital camera sucks a fatty and is farsighted when you get things too close to it.
