Tee that is on valve cover..???

I have a redtop sr20, i need to know what to do about the Tee on the valve cover... First of all, i would just like to say that the stock intake tube on the sr20 is a piece of crap, will my greddy intake kit come with a new aluminum intake pipe with no holes in the side like the stock one does?

i am going to put a breather on the left side b/c that goes to the intake i think? and the right side goes to the EGR i think??? can you just cap off the egr or would you run a hose directly to the TEE from the EGR metal hose? If you can cap off the EGR some how, please explain how and what you need to do it?
