I have a redtop sr20, i need to know what to do about the Tee on the valve cover... can you put a breather on the right side? Does the right side go to the EGR, and if so how do you cap that off or what do you recommend?

None of it goes to the EGR. Its a breather for the crankcase. You can put a breather on the front or back or both sides of it. But there is a chance oil will come out of it.

looking from the driver side the right side goes to the black catch can at the back side of the motor and the left side is routed back to the intake, on a stock setup.

i put a breather (from drivers side) on the left and hooked up an after market catch can to the right side. it works good.
