they are looking for working safety equipment. IE:SeatbeltsBattery tied down/stationaryno leaksno fuel lines run inside the passenger compartmentproper wheel lugs for the tires used

not much else you need to worry about unless you plan on running faster than an 11.99 1/4 mile.

It also depends on the track your running at too.

Every track is required to inspect your car if its faster than 12 sec usually for insurance purposes.

it also would give them a chance to oogle freaks of nature like Aries' car and uh...hell I dunno, make sure your bottle in the back isn't a keg or something...

they do it for the auto x too, they check for battery tiedowns safety gear and no loose crap in the car.

Also, don't forget most Dragstrips require a helmet at 14.00 or quicker.

The leak thing is a big issue. Nothing bothers me more than a car you have to send back several times for the same leak. So make sure your radiator overflow canister is not full and functioning properly.

don't forget they check to make sure the suspension isn't busted up either. At least they do for the auto-x out here.
