Tech, when I came to ATL and picked up my Q (97 non-touring), I got 25.2 mpg on the way home. Never duplicated in 7K miles since. I drive plenty of all hwy trips and the best I can do is 22-23 (adjusted for larger diameter tires). I had virtually the same mileage with stock height and width tires, so that's not it. No CEL, changed air and fuel filters, synthetic 5W30 oil, serviced transmission, and checked the plugs(looked like new). If my problem were KS or O2, is there something I could identify with a generic OBDII scanner? I know that most would be happy with my mileage, but I can usually coax the best out of any vehicle.

Were you going downhill and downwind????

I doubt youll be able to recreate 25MPG. 22 is pretty good for a Y33.

Got some tasty ATL high BTU gasoline..........mmmmm to start the trip off right. We still have the secret sauce here........for how long?

This year is so good I tried a tank of 89 no pinging unbelievable compared to last summers-fall-winter water requiring extra enhancement to function on 93.

Just like fine wine: gasoline should be branded with the day of production and the name of the computer operator blender.
