TEC3 and EGR, BPT, IACV block off-plates

In the same veign of my previous threads I am wondering if I can in fact ditch ALL of this junk and put block off plates all over the manifold. Since the TEC3 has it's own idle control unit and body, MAP sensor, etc, I'm under the impression that I can eliminate ALL this business from Nissan. Someone tell me I'm wrong, or I'll be having a field day at the machine shop with my block-off plates. Thanks guys!
