Hey guys I may be purchasing a TD06 20 G. I have a Blacktop SR with a FMIC and 255 fuel pump. Would an AFC be good enough to tune the turbo with 650cc's? What kind of boost and power levels would I be looking at? Thanx

what manifold are you using?

Do you think 350whp is possible with a Z32 MAF, 650cc's and the AFC?

thanks!

Why would you want to trust a SAFC with that big of a responsibility?

Im not too familiar with the AFC's and didnt know how much power the were good up too. Maybe it would be safer to have an ECU burned for my setup?

No problem man, gotta learn somehow. I myself dont really know much abot SAFC so i shouldnt have commented in the first place. However i believe the SAFC can only handle up to 555 injectors..( I may be wrong). Also from what Ive heard and or understand, anything close to or over 300hp you really want a tuned ecu, or a standalone to have consistent reliability (Im sure thers exceptions, this is just from what i have read/seen) someone else will chime in with more info im sure

safc will only allow you to go 50% over the stock injector roughly around 550 ish. You will need a programmed ecu.

? where are you getting your info from? the evo 8 has a big 16g as well. it is a similar size as an evo3 big 16g with the exception that the evo 8 turbo is a twin scroll setup.

yeah tuning injectors over 550's on a safc is pretty rough, it might be possible but you wont see anywhere near the potential of the car that you should.
