The mitsu flange is much different then the t25 flange. I 've got a TD06-20g and it requires a custom manifold. Puts out some good power though [email protected]. Not sure how much power the TD05 puts out.

Is it a pre or post evo III turbo? Either way, it's the wrong flange, but a post evo III turbo REALLY won't work, it being reversed and twin scroll and all.

Yeah, if any of you guys know how much power a 16G puts out, that would be awesome. I too got offered a nice deal on one. But 430whp from a 20G, NICE. Manifold isn't a problem. I can get one made in a second.

[email protected] mind you...this turbo has seen 1.7bar but it was dynoed at 1.3 so that's the only figure I have.

The Big 16G (which is what the evo turbo is) is probably good for 360rwhp or so. I know the evo VIII is getting about 360 to all 4 wheels with the latest iteration of the 16G (it has a bigger compressor housing than the older evo turbos).

Has anyone here had any experience with mistubishi turbos installed on sr20s? Specifically, I was wondering about spool characteristics of big16g and 20g...

Well last months Modified mag had an article on installing a 20g into a talon and they mentioned it was good for 400+hp and would spool up at around 3500rpms...don't see why it would be much different than that....

depending on cam and tuning setup, 3500 sound right.

The one jspec usually has is the greddy manifold. However, there are some clearance issues between the wastegate and steering shaft, so, be prepared to face those if that's the route you decide to go!

guyz,,i was thinking on putting a third generation supra turbo on my sr20det instead of the 16g ! its called the CT26 ,,

so i wanted to know ur opinions !i think the spool up will be lil late, but as soon as its spooled,it should hold good amount of boost !

so wat do u think ?thanx
