td04....how well will it work on a 2.4 DOHC motor?

hey you guys....buddy of mine wants this td04hl-15t turbo i have...it came off a early 2000's saab 2.0 turbo engine....its not a big turbo but he wants the thing and has the desire to turbo his ka DOHC engine....i havent experimented with a small turbo like this ever so how would this thing flow on a the DE motor...like full boost at 1800rpms im thinking and it wouldnt feel very strong after 5500 rpms...thats my thoughts but i need your thoughts...its basically a 14b turbo i think...im not sure though....it has a t25 flange with a t3 exhaust flange...

im not familiar with the size of that turbo but if its like a 48 trim compressor and .48 exhaust housing, it will be too small for the KA if he desires big power...........
