TD-06 20G on SR??

I'm still going thru a phase on which turbo to get.. I'm on a bit of a budget.. I want about 375-400whp and was thinking about the T3/T04 turbo.. but i'm wondering about the 20G... Does it have more lag then the T3/T04?? or less?? I was thinking of the GT25R but I rather go with the T3/T04.. Do they make BB T3/T04 turbo's?? which GT series turbo is equivelant to the T3/T04 turbo?? I don't worry that much about the lag, but less lag would be great always. All opinions are welcome!!thx
