If the SLIP light stays on during driving, if I'm not mistaken, it could possibly mean that you have incorrect tire size. I don't recall the exact thread, but I do remember reading something of that nature. Possibly one of the tires is underinflated?

Does the light stay on? Or just come on briefly, like after a launch or you hit a bump?

There's a road that I traverse to go to school and on it, if my TCS is on, every time I hit the horizontal line segments, the TCS light will turn on because for a split second there, there is excessive wheelspin. At least I think that's the reason. It's the only time I ever see the light if it's not raining or snowing and I don't turn off TCS.

It could be your relays under the battery... they may need to be replaced. Search it for more info.
