tcs probs?????? on z33

i have probs trying to do a stand still burn out do to the traction control, even when turned off.......... it dies out, is there any way to get rid of that if so can u plz tell me how

its not the power its do to the abs kikin in while trying to burn out

you have to master heel-to-toe shifting....

The ABS is activated on the rear when the TCS is on...so either you aren't turning it off, or you're power braking while doing the burnout...which is just ****ing stupid. That can damage your brakes, engine and drivetrain very easily. So if you're doing that....stop.

If you're doing neither and still not getting a burnout, I suspect you need more power to keep the tire broken loose.

so what is the right way to do a burn out?

this was my old car before i got my Zburn outs where so easy

Either get a progressive line lock, one that lets the bront broke off slowly, or just clutch dump it...

both will be stresfull on the car and it's drivetrain. Your best option is to just overpower the rear tires and leave it be. Forcing the rear tires to break loose first puts a lof ot mechanichal stress on the other components of the vehicle.

not tcs just the fact of abs kiking in, like its supose too

SCC magazine touched on this when the Z was introduced. When the brake pedal is pressed, the car will not be allowed to hit WOT. For a temporary burnout, the fix is to disconnect the brake lamp switch.
