I have done a number of searches for information on this problem but have found nothing to lead me to a conclusion. I would appreciate anything addtional before I finally decide to change the pump. I don't know what they cost or if it is practical to source one from a wreckers. My car has only 63K on it, so any used pump would no doubt surpass this and longevity questionable. TCS light is always on, dim at first and then brightens as the slip light comes on also. I have changed the relay after reading info from the forum and following the code 19 I got from the computer. ABS remains functional. Recently I noticed the 30 amp fuse under the hood had blown. I am sure that I would have noticed this earlier during trouble shooting but decided that I would replace it in case I had missed it. It blew within minuets and I believe that this is somehow a more recent issue because I am sure it was good a few months ago when I first started trouble shooting. While I drag my feet deciding to replace the pump, is there a way to extinguish the lights? Any help reaching a conclusion is appreciated. Thx.

Its probably not the pump its probably the actuator... It detects a malfunction for that code when either the pressure switch or warning switch for TCS pressure is open (open circuit that is).

Read up diagnostic procedure 19 in the FSM (for code 19, DP19 is what it is in ym 1994 FSM).

My guess its its most likely an electrical issue...

Lights will not go out until you fix the problem, THAT IS WHY THEYRE THERE!
