Was TCS standard on the G50 in the later years and if so, when? Is it possible to find say... a 96Q without TCS?

no it was never standard, except I believe on active models. 91-93s came in active OR TCS, whereas most 94-95s came in active AND TCS.. 94-96 were more common in TCS than early cars but still not impossible to find...

Most later {94-96Q} shipped from manufacturer to dealers in states that get snow/ice were equipped with traction control, whereas those sent to dealers in warmer areas {Florida, texas, other southern states} tended to get mostly non TCS cars

My non-TCS 1995 t was a NY car, but many t I saw in Seattle had TCS.

Brian, was your 95Q originally sold brand new from a New York Infiniti dealer? Here in Balt. almost every g50Q at dealer back in mid 90`s had the trac option-dealer said they had tough time selling one without so requested trac equipped models from Infiniti whenever possible

Yeah, I think so, but it might have been a CA car. I'll have to check the VIN.

Evidently, some CA cars were shipped East due to emissions regulations in those eastern states.
