These are some phenominal drivers. TC's reputation for quality is on par with any of the high end guys, and I mean high end (think better than JL). Their LMS-5400/LMS ultra easily became the worlds premier driver in sound quality, along with a lot of SPL to boot! SQ, it was second to none as proven by a Swedish speaker tester.

This driver on buyout at Parts Express is basically their TC-1000 driver, which is also known for it's excellent sound quality. If you're looking for the ultimate SQL driver for the money, this is it. Sure there are better ones out their (like the LMS listed above that sold for 875.00 on sale), but for the money, this one can't be beat. If I didn't already own two 15's, I would be all over these.

As of yesterday they were sold out. If you got some, you're lucky! I talked to one guy that bought 7 and a few other people I know of bought 4. They pretty much sold like hot cakes.

Shiva uses XBL^2. Because the TC2 motor doesn't, it handles more power (thermally), but has a higher Le.

Both have 2" VC's right? (I can't remember if the Shiva is a 2 or 2.5")

Both have 8" suspension too, I think. I need to look at them again.

Without looking at the TSP's, there's really not much to compare.
