As most of you know I just replaced the Tbelt a few weeks ago but I had a cylinder missing Intermittent and it ran like I had 100 horse at the most..
Decided to try the timing one more time before I gave up on the old gal', and sure enough it was off. :ohno:
After going over the How to I Saved and printed, I realized a few things.
1st, the timing mark on the Crank pully.
You see a groove on the oil pump housing thats horizontal , which makes it on a angle as that part of the housing is on a slant from vertical --, / ish.
Don't line up the mark with the groove direction !! (Horizontal)
With a small screwdriver line up the mark 90 degrees off the slant !!
That puts the screwdriver at about 10:00.

2nd, and this had me aggravated !!! lol
When you line the dots up on the Intake and Exhaust Sprockets..
On the Passenger side, line both of the sprocket's up one tooth to the right.
When you tighten up the tensioner it will rotate the passenger side sprockets counter clockwise as the slack is removed from the belt !
Should have it all back together tonight and I'm hoping my Gal will pull hard like before ! :naughty:

Thanks Driver.
I'm thinking on the Last TBelt change, I was a tad off on the timing.
It ran OK but I now have a LOT more OOmf.
Have to relearn the throttle as the rear wheels want to break loose a lot. :naughty:
