I have a DE so I don't know if the TB are the same but is so there should be a coolant line on each side of the bottom of the TB. Just trace those back to where they lead and you can eather put connector on them or just take one hose out and connect the other to where that came from.

What's the advantage of doing this?

Well the idea behind having this is that it heats up the TB so it dosen't freeze shut/open in cold weather. Well it also heats up the air going through it. I don't know how much this will really effect the incoming air temp.

Get some plugs and some fuel line. Cut small sections of fuel line and shove the plug through the hole. Now put hose clamps to keep the plugs from shooting off and to keep the fuel line from leaking coolant now that you've capped off your coolant passages to the throttle body. To your throttle body, get some regular vacuum caps and cover the once used passages for coolant to keep crap from getting in there should you ever decide you want to use it again.
