Well since I live in California I am getting an IOU from the state and then barley any money from federal so i am guessing I wont be able to do anything with my money for about another year.

I'm getting a little over $600 back. I was going to put it towards a little body work and some wheels but I have $600 in bills and **** I need to pay, so I'll do the right thing and pay them off, I guess.
