quick questions... i have a 95 240sx how can i tell if it is a s14- or a s13? reason asking is because i am buying strut bars, sway bars and a cold air, possibly supercharger.... just wondering. o and ebay has this "cold air intake" but it looks to me like a ram air system, has anyone ever got a true cold air from ebay?

Look at the metal id plate along your firewall under the hood. look at the model line. somewhere in that line it will say "S13" or "s14". couldnt tell ya bout the air intake though

Woah.. wait.. I thought 95+ 240sx were all s14, and 89-94 were s13...

What's the difference? What makes an s13 an s13, and an s14 an s14?

cmon guys, 89-94 = s1395-98 = s14the difference is the whole diff body style! and seriously rivet guy, i dont think u should get a supercharger for a car that u dont even know what the chassis code is, or where to find it, im jsut being honest. you should read all over this site and a few others and learn about the car b4 u go and buy **** for it. my 2 cents..

quik is right for the 89-94 (s13, coupe or hatchback) and 95-98 is the s14. http://www.nissaninfiniticlub....37686if u need a visual look at that it'll help u i hope. and becuase u seem to be poorly advised on your car you have a KA24de under the hood they mad it in the 91-98 but 95+ has some differences from the 91-94. i hope i helped u!!!
