tapping noise.........then when given gas sounds like a light drum role....help

having problem finding out exactly whats up with my engine, everything seems fine except this tapping sound....some say it my be a bearing.....its coming from the back of the engine...no other signs (everything seems ok except this tapping and when i hit the gas it drum roles......im not pushing it at all, only on my driveway .....any advice is good advice

if someone had ever described timing chain noise like that i would have to say its timing chain noise because the tensioner is either bad, your really low on oil.... or just general timing chain crappiness, i do have one quite stretched timing chain

lol... a drum roll? hahaa. Yea I know exactly what that sounds like. If it's a loud rat-ta-tat-tat.... yea it's a bearing... I blew my head gasket and threw a rod at nearly the same time. It would be better diagnosed if you were to record this sound somehow and post it up on here... a good site to host a video is putfile.com
