Which color wires do I need to tap into? Can't make out the wiring diagram for some sequential led strips I want to install. TIA

Power wires for park and tail are all Red/Blue, ground is Black or Black/White depending which fixture you tap. Wiring diagram starts on LT-143 here:

I looked and saw 'R/L'. Does L stand for some sort of shade of blue, like say lavender?

No, L is Blue because B is used for Black. If you look on GI-17 here, there's a list of color abbreviations along with general instructions for reading a Nissan WD:

Hello, can you confirm the tail light wire colors for running light turn signal in reverse light on driver passenger as I’m trying to type into for my LED tail gate light bar

On a '23 Pathy, LH combination lamp is Park=Pink, Turn=Gray, Stop=Light Green. RH is Park=Violet, Turn=Sky Blue, Stop=Green. Backup lamps are separate sockets and are both Light Green. Note that the colors are for the car harness. Subassembly harnesses for Nissan lamps have colors determined by the part vendor and aren't usually specified in the FSM.
