tape ERROR.....

I just finish all maintanence and start enjoying ride when msg "tape error" show up on boose audio system.Every time when starting car the tapedeck start to make some noise same as when you trying to put tape in it ,after 10-20 sec.stops and display msg tape error.No tape inside. the rest of the factory deck working fine cd,radio and cd changer are ok.Also when you power down engine and close the door it will be possible to hear tape deck for a few second making same noise.I dont know is it related to mechanical or electrical.

haw to fix this?
