tanabe

what about tanabe? they make one for the s14 too. its a little cheaper but still not real cheap and tanabe makes some nice stuff for other cars... i havent seen much from them for the s14 besides this....

He's more than likely talking exhausts. I'm guessing he hit the new thread button instead of the reply button. I dunno, whatever. Tanabe makes some okay exhausts from the few I've heard of. Not too sure on that though. The only exhaust I've read anything about was an IS300, and the only notable complaint I read was that it hangs real low, someone scratched one up pretty bad or something. Not sure if 240s would have the same problem, if your car's lowered a lot, maybe. Whatever...

yeah he probly is talkin about exhausts...but if its about springs by any chance...ask RedRocket...he's got tanabe springs on his car.

if your talking bout exausts....my friends gsr gained a lot of power...like 10Hp which is alot for just an exaust with a stock motor.....from everyone i've talked to tanabe is a great company. haven't heard about it hanging to low.

hes having a conversation with himself about struts but some how i think sluts got brought into the conversation on another thread he , named the same thing, and neither on make much sense, not a very good way to introduce yourself into a group is it?

yeah...*snicker* those honda's always seem to gain 10hp from a muffler :)

I have a tanabe exhaust and it looks pretty cool... It has a nice note similar to that of a crouch rocket however it is obnoxiously louder... maybe thats bc i have a high flow cat and header.

actually snikerhe had it dyno'd.stock he had 132aem cai and tanabe rm exaust he had 154...that is quite good for a 96 gsr...he is running 14.8's and 14.9's with drag radials and 15.1's and 15.2's with street tires

i doubt that tooactuallyi woudln't believe that if you paid me154hp wont get you under 15 seconds unless ur pushin that 154hp in a geo metro

well here is a link to most of his time slips...xue's timeslips i believe he had a 14.897 one time....with drag slicks.....all of them were on drag radials or his stock michellins.here is the link for his dynoxue's dyno here is a pic of his dyno. here is the 14.9 timeslip
