Well I can't speak for the Versa specifically, but when you change springs out on a car it's relatively simple. You just need to put the car on jack-stands and remove the wheels. Then you need to remove the strut assembly which is done by unbolting it from the bottom and the top (The bottom usually bolts right to your hub assembly and the top will have bolts under the hood or under the plastic panels in the cargo area).

Once the strut is off of the car, you need to use a spring compressor to squeeze down the spring so you can remove it. A spring compressor is a small set of clamps that you use with a drill or wrench - you can rent them at your local auto parts store for very cheap (I think I used some from Autozone and it was actually free, just had to leave a deposit for them).

Then you simply compress the new spring, re-install it on the strut and mount the strut back to the vehicle. Do this four times and you're done!

I've seen others on this forum mention that it only took an hour or so to install their springs. The only real issue I've ever heard of anyone running into is that they can't remove all of the bolts under the hood and they need to heat them up with a torch before they'll loosen up.
