tanabe medalion touring exhaust on 2008+ M35

Since it seems like the Megan Catback is going to be on back order forever. I'm considering this as a option. Does anyone on here have the Tanabe Exhaust on the 08+ M? If so how does it sound and can you please post pictures!!! Thanks

One of my mates has a 350z with the tanabe exhust. Personally, I rate exhaust by sound between two extremes. One end of the spectrum is a deep loud sound like a Mustang with flowmasters - the opposite end is the fart-box sound. To me personally, the Tanabe on his car is closer to the fart box end of the spectrum. Megans sound sooooo much better. You can listen to all kinds of exhaust sounds on you tube just by typing in the brand name. Then scroll till you see the car closest to yours and listen.
I rather like the stock sound so I haven't changed mine, but if I did - it would be likely be Megan or Trust brand.

Check the classified adds, I believe some member is selling his Megan Catback + mid pipes.
Or you can always go custom route!

I guess it's just one of those things where you have to just have to buy and install before you really know if it works for you. I want to try the Tanabe since we will never see anymore Megan's in stock
