Spring rates are 8/6. Yes there is a manufacturers warranty of 1 year for defects. They do not have a rebuild center for them, because they are so well made. We have sold many sets of coilovers and never had a single problem, unlike other manufacturs products that are not as well made. This is the only aftermarket company that exceeds the O.E. standards and is ISO 9001 compliant. Bottom line, Tanabe is top of the line.-Justin
