Tan leather or Black leather???

I am planning to buy a black G35 coupe soon. I was in love with the black leather when I saw pics of it online. But when I actually went to go look at a g35...it had tan leather...I thought it was completely beautiful. So should I go with black leather or tan leather?

Def. go with what you like!!! Sounds like Tan.

But, recently, when I was considering trading my 05 G35 Sedan in for a G37 Coupe, the dealer specifically asked if it had the TAN interior. Evidently, they do not resale as well as the BLACK or in this case STONE/BLACK is in my DG G35.But, you should go with your gut.

With that said, my wife is now test driving a new white Maxima that has the tan seats.....

Black looks better new, Tan looks better used and is more comfortable in hot weather. That being said, I would go with black.

If you love it and can get it at the right price, don't let us deter you. Everyone has their own thoughts/opinions but all that matters in the end is you are happy with your purchase. Let us know and come back with pics if you purchase!

Thanks for the advice uncbeer. You're right! At the end of the day...its about what I like. Also....what is it about the '06 that makes it look soooo much nicer than the '05? I can't quite get my hands on it....but I know the '06 looks so much better.

Infiniti says the wheat interior is not available with the G37 Sports Package. So, either the G37 you're looking at has the stone interior, and it looks tan to you, or does not have the Sports Package, although it may have the 19" wheel package. Or, you aren't looking at a G37, but, rather a used G35. If used, won't you have to take the car as it sits?

It is the sports package because I noticed the orange stitching on the steering wheel. The orange stitching is only available on the sports package correct? I'm looking at a used g35 '06 by the way.

I'm sort of surprised tan was the choice on that blue G but hey, if you're happy, we're happy! And with dark enough tint, only you would know the color of the leather! I doubt I'd let the inside being tan deter me from a purchase if all else was perfect. The only thing that gets me is the wood interior on cars...just not meant for many cars imo.

Wood interior adds 20+ years to your actual age LMAO. I think the tan leather looks beautiful at night...but that's just my opinion

I don't like the darker tan color on the dash and door panels. That is why i like the Grey on black interior.

Oh and what makes the 06 look better than the 05 the headlights and tail lights were updated.

The interior has a few updates too.. the stitching... bluetooth... i think that is it!

Make sure to check off everything the car has to get an accurate cost. When I did it, the report for a "clean" car was 24k dealer retail.

Remember that these cars have a high resale value.

i have a blue g35 couple with tan leather and i live in las vegas i had one with black and i will never go back way to hot even with tint but always loved the black leather just not for me anymore
