tan interior

does anyone know why part of the tan interior is a dark brown? i've noticed that all cars with tan interior have part of it a dark brown.... i personally hate the tan interior but not because of the fact that its tan but because of the fact that part of it is an ugly dark brown that reminds me of a luxury car from the early 80's or something.... ive noticed that mazda started putting black instead of dark brown so the tan interior would be part black and part tan and i think it looks a thousand times better. who actually likes the dark brown? and why do almost all cars have the dark brown with the tan interior?

That was the exact reason I traded in my Audi. No matter how much I loved it I couldn't get rid of the dark brown. Acura has been good with doing the black/tan lately too.
