That's right, Secret Services and DGTRIALS are bringing you a drift event finally not in california, finally not in new jersey, but in Florida!! Finally we've got something in the South!! haha.
But seriously. February 21st we're having a drift event, not a competition, but just an event for everybody to come out, have a good time, slide around, make friends, and make this event a success.
It will be $50 a driver and $5 a spectator. 8am-4pm, it should be plenty for people to burn a few sets of tires. I can't wait to get everybody out there and have lots of fun!!!!
Located at the SPC Allstate Center, DDAY: Drift Invasion of TampaBay will be lots of fun for all who attend...

bump it up! only 20 of the 40 slots are pre-sold so there's still PLENTY of room! I always see all these people talkin about how "tyte" or whatever drifting is... well, here's your chance to come do some *legal* bada$$ drifting! Even if you dont want to participate, at least come down to watch and support the East Coast/Florida Drift scene.
Bring your stock cars/modified cars/ beginner or experienced arses out there and have a good time:D Its my first time and I'm gonna have a blast destroying my tires ALL DAY! mwahahahaha!

Hey Sean......well, im on board! I called around all day to get some of my so called "car club members"..lol to come out there with me. Those lazy bums better ride out with me,:mad: but either way you can count me in. Are there gonna be any spots open to compete on the same day? I was thinking about it, and if so i might just have to put my suspension on tommorow (instead of saturday), throw the ol'stock rims on and burn the tires off em!! I mean what good are they sitting in the garage? lol:pface ...again I hope everybody who can comes out! We need more stuff like this around Tamap:ylsuper

last time I checked (yesterday) there was still 20 open slots. there will probably be some walk on's the day of the event, but I'm sure you can still get a slot if you want today!
go with stock suspension, stock diff, stock rims. hell it doesn't matter :pface we're just gonna have some fun! its a damn good opportunity for seat time and there will be more advanced drivers there who will be willing to ride along with you and make suggestions between runs! think of it as a training session:)

yeah, all the no ants cars were pretty damn good:) hell almost everyone there was pretty damn good drifters...
I sucked it up of course:( but hey it was my first time and I had a BLAST!:D I'm leaving Tampa now, and I'll post all the pictures I have later... I didn't get too many pictures taken of me with my camera, but I'm sure I can find some pictures around. There were plenty of people taking video/pictures there.
By far the most fun I've EVER had in a car. 100% worth the $50 price of admission:D

thanks for the nice words guys! i drive the grey coupe in no ants, and my friends bill and taylor were also there represeting. had a good time, nice to see some other drifters in the area. definetly would like a chance to meet a lot of you next time.
