Ok so if what your saying is true then you want us to tell you with hard facts why you shouldn't sell it. Well I know for a fact that no matter what we say you will do what you feel is what you need to do. Now that being said I have had a car way older that your 240 a 1966 mustang and thru 9 years I have built that baby from the ground up (and I'm 16) I did all the work on it myself from engine to chassis to body work (which is now flawless) to everything and I am pretty sure that I have had twice as many problems as you with that stupid thing but never once have I ever thought of selling it because it was "to much of a hassle" the whole point of owning an older car is to fix the problems because its what you like to do I guess I'm not like most 16 year old's in that I dont give up on things if I can help doing so. Now I know everybody hates us younger kids and think that we have no idea what the hell we are saying and your right I still have much to learn but I know what is my passion and that is cars and personally if you want to sell it go ahead we cant stop you but stop and think of all the good times you have had with that car and how much more hassle it will be to build another one because you know youll get one again.tramp_drift240 wrote:i need good reasons to hold onto it.

Unless monetary value outweighs sentimental value then you won't be happy when you sell it.
