What up Nico. Heres my story. I have owned a 1990 hatch since January 2009 did an sr20 swap and made it a pretty nasty track/touge/autox monster. I bought a 1992 vert in April 2010 for $400 from a kid that told me the head gasket was blown. It had yellow tinted windows, 5 huge holes in the top, a messed up rear window, and the worlds "riceyest" hood. I drove her home and soon realized the head gasket was not the issue, but the valve cover gasket had a chunk missing out of it. So i replaced the valve cover gasket and the 126,000 mile motor has had no issues since. I also replace the top, the ricey hood, removed the tint and buffed the car and shes looking good. Everybody loves this car. I got offers to sell this car approaching 3000, so i sold it. One of the worse decisions ive made and regretted it until i saw it in craigs 6 months later for 3000 and bought it back. The guy i sold it to didnt even drive it 80 miles and he replaced the exhaust with an Apexi N1, and replaced the starter. So lucky me. Heres some pics. (I bought new rims since these pics were taken......i dont like them either.) New pics to come when its warm out.

^^Yep. It needs a lot of work still. When he told me about it he wanted 2500. Then he thought the head gasket blew and i bought it as is for 400. I did a SR20 swap so i had an extra DOHC just in case this one was toast. As for that hood, i had a friend drive it home cuz it was so bad i didn't want to be seen in it until that was off. lol. Luckily i had a black on from the hatch just chillin in my garage. lol.

Where are you located in Syracuse?.....theres only one other vert i know of and its not you. lol.

Yah, planning on keeping it that way until the transmission blows. I like it auto for now. It's nice to get out of the sr20 hatch and relax on a nice cruise. Besides the girl can drive with out me worrying. lol. It's one of those mods thats really far down on the list.

Recently i have gotten bored with the hatch so the vert has been getting all the attention. I have some new vert parts thanks to a parts vert i found about 2 hours from me. I grabbed the quarter window assemblies, a mint headliner, and a few misc interior pieces to clean her up a little. I have also done some body work, died the carpet and bought some new rims, tires, pads and rotors. Here are a few pics of what i have been up to over the last month or so.

Stripped interior.....i had to drive it like this for a day.

i found a guy in rochester with a rot box vert. He said he only uses the engine and transmission for some sprint car thing he races. So a friend and i pretty much stripped it clean. I filled up a volvo s70 with parts for $75 bucks. :D
