probably should disconnect the battery when pulling out the seats. afterall, the wire harnesses aren't only for the seat sensors, but also to fire the front seat airbags. wouldn't wanna risk an accidental misfire.

When taking off the back seats u need to pull up the seat first. You want to pull the seats from the side while standing outside the car, do this for both sides and the seat should be off. When you get the seat off you need a wrench to loosen the lug nut to the middle seat beat cause it goes through the seats making it impossible to get off. Once you get the seat off just take off the rest of the lug nuts that u see and then you should be able to remove the top part of the seat as well

So the rear seats actually can lift up ?

I want to tighten up my seat covers and could not figure out how to get the rear seats off?
So I just lift up each side and they should lift up (at least so I can tighten the covers)????

Yup its hard to lift the seats up if u are directly facing the seats they come off ten times easier if u just give it a good yank from the side while standing outside of the car. Thats how i put my car seat covers on :)

Ok Cool ... Thanks for the info! When the weather warms up and I give her a spring cleaning I will try to lift up the seats to fix the rear seat covers. Do the seats click down or anything? Will I know they are back in place?
Thanks for the help! It's greatly appreciated!

There should be two small clicks one on each side of the seats to let you know they are back in place.
