stalled..due to my uncooperative engine cherry:i replaced the o-ringsfor soome reason when i jack up me engine it slowely falls, i made sure the T screw the close's the valve is all the way closed and did the o rings, still slowly sinks. didnt want to have to by new lift.. any hydrolic people? hah

just to show you how bad the prev. owner fuVked up the paint, poor thinghas horriable runns..lots of work ahead of mei have only been able to get it 2-3in. outward (due to me engine cherry)like one of you said, it has began to just "slip apart", but i think im going to just unbolt the drifshaft.should i just undo the U joints?

**how do i make my pic's bigger?!-useing imageshack to get pics on here cause thats what was told, but cant figue out how to make bigger!

usually its easier to remove with trans, allows workin on the trans too, leave the intake/exhaust manifolds with the engine, and wrap the chains around them.(@ least thats what i do).

drain fluids, take out mounts, take out trans x-member, driveshaft, clutch lines if manual or fluid lines if automatic, and any other misc stuffs, also have a helper.

if u got a cherry picker its easier to take the trans with the engine...

if u need to do transmission work, it is 10x easier to remove it from the engine with the engine already out of the car.. as getting to the bellhousing bolts is easy as pie

Take your time...If your not wrapping the motor, make sure when you mount the chains, that you mount them as close to the engine as possible to avoid bending and snapping the bolt.
