Takin the Q into the shop tomorrow

To do my scheduled oil change. I'm also going to get the coolant flushed, and I have a few questions.

1.) I used to take my car to an Infiniti dealer, and they added some kind of conditioner. I'm bringing all my own fluids (advice from this board) is this conditioner necessary?

2.) Do the drain plugs need to be pulled, if hooked up to a power flush machine?

3.) Again, if using the power flush machine, to I need to follow any of the directions in the manual? Like turning the climeate control on hot? Is there anything else I need to be aware of?

4.) Is there anything unusual the Tech needs to know while doing this procedure? I would hate for something to happen to my baby!
