Anyone have a step by step on which v-lines to take off on the ka24e. All the emission lines.

That's pretty much the only one I could find but all the pics are missing. I have a dvd of how to strip off all the emissions stuff on the ka24e - I'm building mine without emissions equipment. I believe you need one or two block of plates for the egr. You can't just remove the lines and leave it as is. When you are done though, you will only have one vacuum line running from your fpr to your intake manifold. Alot of vacuum caps are involved. I'm also removing the butterfly valve setup - might go individual throttle bodies on mine, not sure yet though. If you remove the butterfly valves you can go cheap and crazy and fill the ports with jb weld or spend like 30$ or so and have a shop fill in the openings in the manifold (requires removing the manifold obviously). To remove the metal hard lines for all the emissions crap most of them are underneath the intake manifold or behind it and since you don't need them when you are done you should prob remove them. Why are you doing this again? I mean the only reason I'm doing is I'm doing a boosted SOHC build and I want an easier tuning experience and less crap in the way.

O and if it's your everyday driver do not remove the Idle Air Controller - it makes life increasingly annoying. If it's not your daily driver and you are building a cheap drift car or weekend warrior - bah it's just in the way lol. Mine is my daily driver so I'm keeping it.
