I had a set of takas on my s13 and they fit perfect and were nice. You should have some crush washers inbetween the banjo and bolt.

I believe you can use the same copper bango gaskets used on the 300zx twin turbo shown here >>>> http://www.courtesyparts.com/z32/oe_turbo-hw.html

Just use the part number shown and order or check with your local Nissan dealer. Good luck!

hi

If you have a problem with the lines, you might want to send an email to me at [email protected].

New crush washers or teflon tape should do the trick perfectly.

I got it on now i had to rethread the hole on the block and unscrewed the banjao fitting and added some locktight and it works fine now. What i mean about the lines being a pos is the fact that the lines dont fit. Now if the motor was out of the car would be the only way to put them on the way they were designed to. My water in hose was 2 in short and the water return hose required the y pipe to be bent away from the main, which is impossible while the motor is iniside the car.

Other than having to make a new hose they' re great.

DID YOU ORDER THE RIGHT LINES FOR YOUR APPLICATION?

BECAUSE SOME LINES ARE DESIGNED FOR THE S14 WATER OUTLET WITH THE WATER PORT ON IT.

i don't know what you guys are talking about.

i have taka lines in my s14 and they work great. and i had to install them with the engine in the car. it just requires some thought and planning when you tighten down the fittings in the turbo to get the right angles. you also need to have the arm for the inlet on the power steering pump from the sr20det. or it will sit against the taka fitting for your water inlet and your power steering pump belt still won't be tight enough. (you can swap out the arm, without removing the power steering pump from the car)

A while back my brother had to take his s13 to a local domestic shop to get his oil hole on the block rethreaded. The mechanic there saw the taka lines my brother had just bought and said that the taka lines are a very bad design. The mechanic called it, a temporary fix until your turbo blows from too much oil restriction.

I took his word for it just because he's had 30+ years in drag and nascar racing. He had lots and lots of damn trophies in his office.
