Ok, i SWEAR i just saw this posted in a thread a few weeks ago, right here in this forum. But there are only 3 pages of threads, so what happened to it? Ive tried searching NICO, Google, and Taka's own website. The thread in question had a hyper link directly to a set of Taka stainless steel braided turbo lines for a CA18det t25 turbo, and i believe it was at Taka's website. What happened to that link? Do threads older than 3 weeks dissappear? Or where is the CA archives?

If you go down to where it says forum jump, right next to it it says date range. Then you can select how for you want to go back.

you know you could make the lines yourself, and you'll save yourself almost $100.

If you just email them and tell them you have a CA they'll get you the right stuff as well.

Any local Hydraulics shop should have all the things you need.

If you find one give them this list.

3x 14MMx1.5 to -6AN (These are the water fittings, 2 on the turbo and 1 on the block.) I got mine for like $6 each with special seal.

3x 90* -6AN fitting. (Attach to SS hose, these screw onto the fittings above.) I got them for about $15 each.

1 5/8 (-6AN) EZ-Clamp. This goes on one end of the SS line that goes behind the intake manifold. Usually $4

5FT of Stainless Steel Braided hose should be more than enough. Their like $5 per foot.

Thats it for Coolant. For Oil here ya go.

12mmx1.0 to -4AN fitting. This fitting goes on the block which goes to the turbo. Their $7

If you go to the Hydraulic Shop they can make the Oil line for you. I got mine done for $17. I did 1 Straight -4AN and 1 90* -4AN. The 90* goes in the turbo inlet. The long of hose 8" should be plenty.

Depending on your turbo if BB or Not can vary on the inlet fitting but their both the same. Its usually a 7/16-24 Inverted Flare to -4AN. You pick restricted or not. They normally go for $8.NOTE: ATP Turbo says its a 1/4" Inverted Flare to -4AN.

I bought my CA from my friend, and he bought taka lines for the s14 t28. The water line wasn't long enough! looks like they just sent him SR lines or something. He called them and ordered over the phone as well.

It should work on any Garrett Bottom mount turbo. I've put these on the Stock CA turbo, GT28R (S15 Turbo) and GTi-R T28 turbo.

As for restrictor on the S14 T28. If its the Ball Bearing version than you'll need to run a 0.035" restrictor. If its non ball bearing than you can use the fitting I posted above, the Restrictor on the block is perfect for non ball bearing turbos.

This is what the restrictor looks like.

Here's a link for the Non Restrictor fitting. This works for the bottom mount series of Garrett turbos.

Link for Restrictor.

NOTE: Garrett started putting in Built In restrictors on their Ball Bearing turbos so check before. The S14 and S15 turbos dont have them as they had them on the blocks.

Way to check is look inside the inlet hole, if you see a nice hole and the shaft than its not restrcited, if you see like a brass object with a tiny hole its restricted.
