I think one of the coolant lines on my turbo is leaking as I have a coolant leaking problem and I don't see it leaking from anywhere else. I was just going to forget the stock lines and get the Taka Motorsports SS coolant and oil lines. Is it possible to put these on without taking the turbo off the car?

The coolant in line would be possible. The oil in line might be but I doubt it and as far as the coolant return line, forget about it.

I agree take it off to put them on. By far the hardest part of putting a s15 T28 back on an s13 block is getting the damn hardlines to fit. With SS braided lines, installation should be a breeze with any T25/T28 turbo.

Ok sounds good. You guys were right, I was just being a lazy ***. I was going to buy the Taka T25 lines and use them for the turbo and eventually I was going to get a GT2871R. The T28/25 lines look identical on Taka's website. Would I have to change all the lines for the GT2871R or not?
