Taillight whiteout on Z32?

Ive been wondering how youd recolor your taillight housings? Like, around the lighting areas such as nsrZ32 has done with his Z, Is there somewhere that sells these as like stickers or are they painted or custom or wha? They look sweet and even online ive only seen two z's with them, nsrZ32 has a site ill link so you can see what I mean, As long as its ok to link his page as a reference of course

Ah, alright. Just was wondering cause it just looks awsome and i was going to buy a z32 with the same look as his nearly but it didnt work out
