TAILIGHT PROBLEMS HELP!!!!

hey my 91 240 fastback running tail lights arent working. the brake lights work but the none of the running lights work. the fuse blew out so bad that it melted some of the fuse block port. (yes it was the right amp fuse) and when i checked out the wires to the tailights at the plug with the multimeter all the wires are grounded out to eachother. also my radio and clock stopped working aswell. and this all happened after i dropped my transmission.

All i know is that if ur running lights arent work its maybe because your bulbs are dead. Also if your radio isnt working make sure that ur ant is plugged in the back on nissans that ant is the ground itself, also check ur red "Ign" And yellow "Constant". One other thing that i think it might be is that ur alt. is bad and check All fueses even MAIN BIG ONES.
