i changed all my fuses and they still wont work! none of my accessory lights work. no running lights or anything

Check the bulbs, you could have a nicked wire somewhere too

i checked the bulbs and wires all looks good! im stumped do you think a diagnostic machine could tell the problem

Download the FSM electric section, and trace the circuit, see if you have voltage to the fuse to begin with.
