Tail lights/license plate lights not working

Hello,
I have a problem with tail lights on my Armada 2014 that I've tried to deal with for the past 2 days. My brake lights and front lights are working, so does turn signals and reverse. My running tail light seem to go out(both sides) and I also noticed plate lights are out too.

I tried switching light bulb for new ones, same problem (brake works, running light doesn't). I checked all obvious fuses that I found off of the internet and other forums, but haven't found any of them burned. I got DVD system awhile ago and haven't noticed my lights for awhile too, so I don't know if that could've caused it or not. Please help as I'm getting frustrated with finding a problem.

Did the voltage test on the brake lights. Brakes get 12v, running lights get 0.02 and -0.02, i.e. doesn't get 12v. What do I do from here?

Problem solved!
I finally found the actual fuse that was for tail running lights/license plate lights thanks to the picture I found on the web.

The fuse is 10A right next to 30A on the back fuse box! If anybody has similar problem, that could be the answer. My fuse was blown, didn't see a difference just by looking at the fuse box and fuses, had to take out one by one to detect blown metal inside....
