Tail Lights & License Plate Light Does not work

Hey can anyone help? I just replaced the front headlight on my 2005 Nissan Maxima and now the tail lights & License Plate light do not work. The brake lights work, the turning signals work and the back up lights work. All the headlights on the front work. I also noticed that the instrument panel lights are always on bright and they will not adjust with the control knob. From what I have read online I am thinking that the Head Light Switch may be faulty. Any ideas????

Did you check all the fuses out?

Yes, all the fuses are good. At least they look good. And now my radio is going in and out. It makes a poping noise. It sounds like there is a short or something is not grounded very well.
