I recently installed a boss radio into my 2011 nissan altima and since then ive been noticing that my tail lights have not been turning on. The brake lights work and the bulbs are not burned out or ruined. The lights for the glove box have also stopped working. I have checked the fuse and seen that it was blown, so I put in a new fuse and it blew too. Any ideas on why this might be occurring?

Which wire did you tap into for dimming? Did you use a conversion harness or DIY hack and slash method? It's possible you tapped into the dimmer wire for your main power and are overloading the fuse.

I used a conversion harness and i didnt connect it to the dimmer due to the radio shutting off when the lights were on.

Then it's 100% connected wrong. Main wires to check are constant voltage, dimmer, ground, and ignition.
